Shipping Information

How will my order look when it arrives and what will show up on my credit card?

In order to ensure your privacy, your order will come in plain boxes. Billing will  show as ***** on your credit card. Our company name will not appear on the parcel or shipping label.

How Long Will It Take to Get My Package?

We process and ship all orders within 24 to 48 hours after receiving your order. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. The shipping speed is based on the shipping method you selected during checkout it.

For same day delivery, orders must be placed before 12pm.

How do I ship to an address that isn’t mine??

Simply enter the desired address for shipping address and your address for billing address.

Where is my order shipped from?

We are a proudly Canadian operated company. We process all orders from our warehouse in Ontario.

All orders are shipped via Canada Post with tracking number available in your account page and in the invoice sent to your email.

How do I place an Order?

Simply browse our website, add the products that you want in your shopping bag and click checkout, enter your shipping address and proceed to payment.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You can checkout as a guest, however we encourage you to make an account to keep track on your orders, accumulate points and have a faster checkout experience.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

We process orders as soon as they are placed, if you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible and we try our best to cancel or modify your order.

How Do I Track My Order?

In your account page, you can click on your order and track it. You also receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

How Can I Return a Product?

Due to intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns. All product are tested before being shipped. All refused packages are subject to a 50% restocking fee in addition to incurred shipping cost.
